Fine Touch Group has been renovating Sydney apartments since 1994. Over 1,000 completed projects. 190 five-star Google reviews. A 100% Strata approval rate. Zero NCAT disputes in three decades.

None of that was coming through on their Wix site. Lighthouse scores sat around 60. There was no tracking, no attribution, and 229MB of unoptimised images grinding load times to a halt. Over 60% of their traffic was mobile, and the mobile experience was painful.
