Two platforms.
One mission.
Angels Link needed to educate NDIS participants and sell 200+ products. We built a dual architecture: Next.js for content authority, Shopify for ecommerce. Delivered in 2 weeks.

Entering a market owned by established players.
Angels Link was launching into the NDIS equipment and consumables market against competitors with years of online presence and brand recognition. They needed to stand out without outspending the competition.
The NDIS landscape adds layers of complexity most ecommerce businesses never face. Three different funding types (plan-managed, self-managed, NDIA-managed) each require different invoicing. Products split between NDIS-claimable and non-claimable categories. Wholesale accounts need tagged funding types for correct discounts.
Their strategy was clear: compete on education and authority, not just product listings. They wanted the SEO power of a Next.js content hub alongside the transactional strength of Shopify. That meant building two websites that worked as one.
Content that ranks. A store that converts.
Dual architecture: Next.js + Shopify working together
The main domain runs Next.js for speed, SEO, and educational content. The shop subdomain runs Shopify for checkout, inventory, and order management. Every product link carries UTM tracking for cross-platform attribution.
The client manages Shopify inventory independently. No reliance on us for day-to-day product updates. That was the brief: build it so they can run it.

2,500+ words of NDIS guidance
A comprehensive NDIS guide covering funding types, eligibility, invoicing, and purchasing. Seven sections, twelve FAQs, sticky table of contents. Positions Angels Link as a trusted resource, not just another store.
Invoicing that matches each funding type
Custom Shopify code handles NDIS-specific invoicing per plan type. Wholesale accounts are tagged with funding categories for correct discounts. Support codes reference NDIS Category 03 and Category 05 items.

200+ products live. Full NDIS compliance. Two weeks.
Angels Link launched with 11 pages of educational content on the Next.js site and 200+ products across 68 equipment items and 150+ consumables on Shopify. Six brand partnerships (Kimberly-Clark, Hartmann, Kotex, Depend, Poise, Molicare) went live with dedicated collection pages.
The education hub positions them as an authority. The 2,500+ word NDIS guide captures informational search traffic that competitors focused purely on product listings miss entirely. The conversion funnel flows naturally: learn about NDIS funding, browse equipment categories, shop on Shopify.
The client manages both platforms independently. Shopify inventory updates, new product listings, and order fulfilment all happen without our involvement. That was the goal from day one.
