Give social visitors somewhere to start.

Oasis Skeen needed a dedicated destination for people arriving from its social activity. The page had to introduce Rob, explain his role in a property purchase and give visitors a direct way to describe their plans.

We designed and built a focused landing page around that first conversation. Rob's portrait and experience sit beside the enquiry flow, with client reviews and a video providing more context further down the page.

Ask what Rob needs to know.

The form presents one question at a time. Visitors can explain their property goals before entering contact details, so the enquiry reaches the team with useful context.

  1. 01A home, an investment portfolio, or both
  2. 02When they want to make a move
  3. 03Whether their finance is ready
  4. 04Their budget range
  5. 05Whether they prefer a call or email

A useful handoff

The notification brings the answers and contact details together in the client's inbox. The preferred contact method is part of the enquiry, so the team knows how the visitor wants to hear back.

Back navigation lets visitors revise an earlier answer. A progress indicator shows where they are in the sequence.

From a visit to a useful conversation.

  1. 01

    Share your plans

Five questions collect the buyer's goals and preferences.

  2. 02

    Send the brief

Contact details and answers reach the client's inbox together.

  3. 03

    Start a conversation

The team can respond with the buyer's context in front of them.

The introduction adapts to a phone-sized screen.

Keep the person in the picture.

The design centres on Rob, the person the visitor is asking to help with their purchase. His portrait, client stories and a short explanation of his work make that relationship visible before the enquiry.

A warm background and restrained colour palette give the content room. On smaller screens, the introduction and question flow stack into a single reading order.

Built around a clear destination.

A dedicated enquiry page

The page launched on the client's enquiry subdomain on 10 September 2026. It gives social campaigns a focused destination alongside the main business website.

The supporting details

Privacy information, client reviews, video and a webinar section support the enquiry flow. The landing page was deliberately kept out of search indexing as part of the brief.

Ready for the first conversation.

Oasis Skeen now has a live page that introduces the service, collects a buyer's brief and routes the enquiry to the team. The delivered outcome is a complete path from interest to contact.

The page is live; a measured enquiry or conversion uplift is not yet established.
