Can the portal sit on top of Shopify?
Yes. Angels Link keeps Shopify for catalogue, inventory and fulfilment while its portal handles pricing, invoices and approvals. We check your setup and the available APIs before agreeing the connection.
When is a wholesale app a better choice?
When its accounts, pricing and checkout meet your requirements. Unusual approval, funding or finance workflows are reasons to consider a custom portal.
Can accounts have different prices and users?
Yes. We define account membership, prices and roles, then test that users cannot access another account’s data. Account and supplier administrators can have different permissions.
Can orders wait for payment approval?
Yes, where the fulfilment system supports it. Angels Link holds Shopify orders until an admin approves release. We test stock handling, cancellations and failures for your setup.
Can you support NDIS or aged-care ordering?
Our Angels Link project includes participant records, funding context, claim codes and finance exports. Your rules, documents and retention requirements need their own review. The software is not a compliance certification.
